The first tip I have for you is to forget yesterday, which means that you need to forget whatever mistakes you made yesterday and just focus on now. Start over. Remember that tomorrow there is a new day, and if you try, you will succeed.

Take It One Day At A Time

It is important to realize that if you want to achieve anything in life, no matter if it's big or small, in order to achieve it you need to have a plan and break it down into small bite size pieces that you can complete every day, which will eventually lead you to your ultimate goal. People frustrate themselves with thinking how much they have to accomplish instead of focusing on the small day to day tasks that will get them to where they want to get. In other words don't keep thinking about how you have to lose fifty pounds, but instead start thinking about not eating that candy bar today. Focus on today and tomorrow and be sure that you do the right things each day. If you keep doing this, you will soon realize that you are getting closer and closer to your goal every day. And that can be very motivating in itself!
